Mr. Roy T. Watts Jr., 76, of Greencastle, Pa., formerly of Hagerstown and Palm Coast, Fla., died Sunday, Dec. 7, at his home.
     He was the husband of Thelma L. House Watts.
He was a 1945 graduate of Brunswick High School, and a 1949 graduate of Spring Garden Institute, Philadelphia.
     Born June 6, 1927, in Brunswick, he was the son of the late Roy T. and Lovetta C. Cooper Watts.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired in 1984 from the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, Fort Detrick, Frederick.
     He was a member of the Church of Christ, Hagerstown, Morris Frock American Legion Post 42, Elks Post 378 and AARP.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Carol Rodgers; two stepsons; one stepdaughter; two granddaughters; one step-granddaughter; and one great-grandson.
     Graveside services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
