Gary Leon Hawkinberry, 58, of Knoxville, died Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
     He was born March 18, 1949, in Huntington, W.Va., son of Nelson Hawkinberry and Emma Booth Hawkinberry.
Mr. Hawkinberry was a truck driver with Clouse Trucking in Frederick. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Army.
     Surviving is his wife of 34 years, Kay Hawkinberry; his two daughters, Jennifer Hawkinberry, at home, and Melissa Walsh and husband Peter, of Hagerstown; as well as two sisters and two brothers. Mr. Hawkinberry was preceded in death by his parents.
     Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, April 16, 2007, at John T. Williams Funeral Home, 100 Petersville Road, Brunswick, with Rev. Michael Forshee officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
     Interment will be in Brownsville Heights Cemetery, Brownsville, Md. Bearers will be Kenny Harrison, Peter Walsh, William Steinhaus, Shamus Harrington, Donald Sharitz and Michael Hanlon.
