Henry served in the 1st Regt of the Potomac Home Brigade (PHB) during the war. 13th Regiment of Infantry, Maryland Volunteers was composed of veterans of the 1st Regt PHB; Company H in 1st Regt PHB became Co H, 13th Regt. Organization of 13th Regt completed 1 Mar 1865 and officially designated 13th Regiment Infantry on 8 Apr 1865; unit mustered out of service 29 May 1865 when the war ended. So yes, Henry was a member of 13th Regt for a couple of months when the war was essentially over.
