Briefly What Happened Since Leaving School

 I was employed as Laboratory Supervisor at the Rotorex company, a division of Fedders Corporation located in Walkersville, MD from 1982-1998. I worked for Quality Control for the first 5 years and the remaining time worked in the Design Engineering Department. My lab departments were responsible for production line testing of finished air compressor products, all operations of the Calorimeter Test Laboratory, Sound Testing, Life Testing and compressor model build up for Design Engineering. In addition I supervised the Chemical Lab operations for several years until the lab fell under a different department within the company.

In 1998 I was co-founder along with my wife Nancy of Dream Events, Inc., a meeting and special event planning company. To date we have planned 105 special events mainly related to the craft industry, in 39 cities and 16 different states. One of the largest events we plan takes place at the Walt Disney Contemporary Resort for (4) days in August each year with 400-500 registered attendees for the (4) day retreat.

In closing, I earned my GED in December 2000 to close a vital chapter in my life. I had always wanted to graduate with my class but this did not happen. My wife and I home school our children due to our vast and hectic travel schedule.
