Briefly What Happened Since Leaving School Since graduation, I worked at the National Geographic Society in Gaithersburg, the YMCA in Frederick, and in October, 2003, I left Frederick County Government after 17 years of service. During my employment with Frederick County, I found my niche and became certified as a Microsoft Professional and also a certified Instructor for Microsoft software. I taught various computer seminars to the unemployed/underemployed and was the computer guru for my department. Yes, I was a Geek! I am currently in the process of selling my home in Walkersville and moving to Arizona where it's always warm! |
