Briefly What Happened Since Leaving School

After retiring from the Air Force in July 1987, I basically did nothing the next 3 years except golf and travel.  In September 1990, my wife convinced me that I needed to go back to work.  I found a position managing a medical study on Basal Cell Carcinoma in the Dermatology Clinic at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.  In 1995, I transferred to the Urology Services and managed coordinated medical studies relating to urology problems.  In September 2002, I retired from my full-time position and now work part-time (1 day a week) for the Chief of Urology.  I still go to Urology Conference/Seminars at least 3 times a year (January, May, and September).  I am also the Administrative Assistant for the Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons and a member of the Society of Urological Nurses and Associates.  Since retiring from my full-time position, I'm back to playing golf 2 or 3 times a week, continually working on my "honey do" list, and have started traveling again.  Since retiring in 2002, my wife and I have been to London, Paris, and just returned from Prague, Czech Republic.  Hopefully, next year we will go to either Rome or Madrid.
